A 1-Star Review with Big Lessons: Thank You, Mohamed
Let's talk about getting a bad review. Though they are hard to read, and even harder to accept, there is always something to learn from them. We got a 1-star review in July from Mohamed.
Mohamed said, "The result is not a strategy; it's a few articles that lead you to purchase their marketing services." Initially, I thanked him for his review and opinion, then focused on other updates.
But seeing today that 11 people liked his review made me realise this is a shared opinion. It's a chance to clarify why our app might seem like 'just articles.'
